Food Pantry
Our drive-thru food pantry is open Tuesday - Saturday from 9am - 1pm. Anyone who lives between Gladiolus Dr. in South Fort Myers to Coconut Rd. in Estero may qualify for food. New clients must provide a photo ID and proof of address. Both perishable and non-perishables items are available.
Utility Bill Assistance
Funds are available through a United Way grant to help residents who have fallen behind on their electric or water bills. You must provide a past-due bill in your name, your account number, and a photo ID. Applicants are also required to reside within our service area (see map below). Please note there is an annual limit on the amount available per household.
For free, trained VITA volunteers prepare and file federal income tax returns for taxpayers who make under $67,000 per year. Also includes amended and late returns. You do not have to be a client for this service.
Free English Classes
English as a second language for adults is a
multi-level instructional course that meets on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays at the Outreach Center. The program is designed to support learners at various skill levels, helping participants build practical English language skills for everyday communication.
Classes are taught by instructors trained through the Literacy Council of Gulf Coast.

SNAP & Medicaid Registration Assistance
As a Florida Department of Children & Families Access Site, ICSL can assist in registering for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance (SNAP) program as well as Medicaid.You do not have to be a client for this service. By appointment only.
Summer BreakSpot
ICSL offers a free Summer Lunch and Learning Program for school-age children at our Outreach Center. Nutritious lunches are provided at no cost to all registered participants.
In addition to daily meals, the program includes reading activities, crafts, and educational learning experiences designed to keep children engaged and growing throughout the summer.

PreK Readiness Class
This class is for children 3-5 yrs of age who are accompanied by a parent/adult.
The pre-kindergarten curriculum focuses on early childhood development through activities that promote letter and number recognition, early reading skills, music, and crafts.
Classes are held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. at the Outreach Center.
