Financial Assistance

Monthly funds are available, through a United Way grant, to help residents who have fallen behind in their electric or water bills. Clients are required to attend a 1 hour 30 minute budget workshop before receiving assistance with their bills. The class is offered at the end of each month at ICSL. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the budget class has stopped meeting in person. We are working hard to find a way to continue the budget program virtually. Please stay tuned for any updates!

New applications for assistance are accepted starting the first day of each month. You must have a past due bill in your name, a photo ID, and the certificate from the budget class. We can pay up to $500 once in a 12 month period.
