Residents who live in communities south of Gladiolus Road, along US 41 and I-75, to Coconut Road in Estero can register to recieve food from the food pantry.

ICSL provides the following services to anyone who lives in Lee County

FOOD PANTRY
FOOD PANTRY:
Clients can recieve a 3-5 day supply of food from the FOOD PANTRY every 30 days. Items include dry, canned and boxed items and other non-perishable foods. Clients may also come every 7 days to pick up bread, sweets, and other perishable foods.

UNITED WAY PARTNER PROGRAMS
interfaith Charities of South Lee, is also known as the Estero/San Carlos Park United Way House. Through this partnership ICSL is able to connect clients to the larger network of services available to our community.

MEALS ON WHEELS
MEALS ON WHEELS: This program provides clients with hot meals 5 days a week. Meals-On-Wheels, Community Cooperative handles ordering and paperwork and our volunteers do the delivery.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE:
Monthly funds are available, through a United Way grant, to help residents who have fallen behind in their electric or water bills. Clients are required to attend a 1 1/2 hour budget workshop before receiving assistance with their bills. The class is offered at the end of each month at ICSL and also at other locations in Lee County during the month.
New applications for assistance are accepted starting the first day of each month. You must have a past due bill in your name, a photo id, and the certificate from the budget class. We can pay up to $350 once in a 12 month period.
FREE SUMMER LUNCH FOR CHILDREN

Free Summer Lunch for Children:
Lunch is served from 11:30am to 1:00pm, Monday—Friday to any children under the age of 18. The Lee County Library Bookmobile visits every other Thursday during the summer. There are also daily activities scheduled such as arts and crafts, reading contest, and story time.

VITA
VOLUNTEER INCOME TAX ASSISTANCE (VITA):Trained volunteers prepare and file federal income tax returns for taxpayers who make under $60,000 per year. This free service also includes amended and late returns. Appointments are available year round. You do not have to be a client or live in our area to qualify for this service. Please call 239-267-0895 for an appointment.

FOOD STAMP REGISTRATION
FOOD STAMP REGISTRATION: A computer is available to register for food stamps and Medicaid. The “Access” online application is in English and Spanish. If you are not comfortable using the computer someone can assist you. It normally takes 30 minutes to fill out the form. Confirmation of your application will be sent by mail. If you are asked to fax in verification of income, identification or other paperwork we can do that for you free of charge.

NOTARY and FAX SERVICE: We offer free
Notary Public and fax services. While we cannot give legal advice, we will notarize documents for any area residents. You do not have to be a client for this service.
